These Irish whistles are also called pennywhistles, tinwhistles, or simply "whistles". The big ones, logically enough, are called "low whistles."
They come in a large variety of keys, but the ones here are versions of the the most common type, the D whistle.

The two instruments on the left are a newer design with a more focused and pure sound. The two on right are a more traditional design and have a breathier tone quality.
